Organization consulting

I consult with organizations who are struggling with workplace dynamics or seeking ways to improve their work environment or group productivity. Additionally I facilitate the psychological aspects of organizational transitions. Inherent in my philosophy is my belief that healthy individuals create healthy organizations. Effectiveness increases as staff satisfaction and engagement increases. I evaluate and diagnose your managerial and personnel behaviors and interactions to assess for strengths and weaknesses. I then make recommendations for how to make your workplace a more rewarding, fulfilling and engaging environment for all the personnel.
